FROM THE HEART Sharon Wayne, guitar (Joplin & Sweeney; 64 minutes) This young artist, who lives in San Francisco and has been featured several times by the South Bay Guitar Society, is one of the most appealing new classical guitarists around. This bundle of 10 mostly 20th-century works shows a bewitching vitality as she plays pieces by Dusan Bogdanovic, Isaac Albeniz, Bach, Manuel Ponce and Leo Brouwer, among others. These pieces are pristinely played, and the recording is clean enough to give the sense of the artist being right in your living room. This is the seventh album issued by the Los Gatos firm of Joplin & Sweeney, which features mostly guitar music.
